Shipping and Dispatch of Orders

All orders get dispatched within 1-3 business days (stock permitting), using the fully traceable Australia Post Business Parcel service with receipted delivery. At this point of time our site is only setup to deliver goods within Australia. Please contact us with your international shipping requirements.

Our aim is to always have enough stock to fulfill all orders, however in times of high demand some items might run out and orders could be delayed. Extended stock shortages will be mentioned in the description of the effected product.
Special Order Items
Special Order Items are specifically ordered for you and therefore these can not be returned under our “30 Day Return Guarantee” unless a warranty claim exists.
All popular items are stocked in our local warehouse however some items (these are marked as Special Order items on the website) are ordered from our supplier for you and we will dispatch them as soon as they have arrived, allow 2-3 weeks until receipt of your order. Cabinet Handles and Knobs

What makes the quality of one handle better then another?
First and foremost its the quality of the finish! Cheaper handles will often be powder coated or have substandard finishes applied to them.
All Brushed Stainless Steel (sometimes also referred to as satin stainless steel) finished handles are plated using an electrostatic process that ensures an even and lasting finish. The core of our handles are manufactured from cast aluminum. This production process ensures that our handles are light weight and strong.
The other important issue is that the holes to affix the screws to is actually as per the given Centre screw to Centre screw (C/C) measurement, as indicated in the product description. It is off little use if you buy a handle with a C/C of 96mm and in reality the measurement is 98mm since you will then not be able to replace existing handles. We guarantee all C/C measurements.

Warranty Claims and Returns after 30 Days

In all cases where you want to return goods longer then 30 days after invoice date please email your request to sales@budgethandles.com.au outlining why your want to return your goods. Product returns based on change of mind etc. are normally not excepted after 30 days of purchase, should we accept the return then a re-stocking fee of $25.00 will apply and this will be deducted from your refund, under no circumstance are freight costs refunded. Should we agree that that you can return the goods to us then we will issue you with a Return Authority Number (RA number), please be sure to note the RA number clearly on your parcel and send it to: BudgetHandles, PO Box 300, Dungog NSW 2420. A RA number is also required for any warranty return you might have.
