If you purchase door hardware frequently then we can offer you even better prices then those listed on our website in form of a trade discount account. This is aimed at businesses that are planning to use our products for their service delivery to their customers on an ongoing basis. Typical businesses are builders, tradies or re-sellers.

Drop shipping is available to approved trade customers, this is where you place an order with us and we ship the goods to your customer on a delivery docket and email the invoice to you. If you're a retailer and want to re-sell our products then please contact us so we can discuss your requirements.

To become a trade account holder is easy, simply place your first order and mention that you would like to become a trade customer in your order comments and enter your ABN. We will update your account to trade account status meaning that you will receive your trade discount on all future orders. Orders can be placed online at any time that suits you or you can call us on 1300 763 550 from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Fax orders are also great simply fax to: (02) 9012 0193.
If your current project exceeds $1000.00 then we are also happy to give you a quotation and give you trade pricing for your first order as well.

How to use your Trade Account

Once you have a trade account with us you can use our website in the normal manner and as soon as you login your trade price will be displayed instead of the regular retail prices and all price will start with Trade price: $

Budget Builders Hardware Customers

If you have held a trade in our previous trade account system that, which was a completely separate website called BudgetBuildersHardware.com.au then we would have transferred your account to BudgetHandles.com.au and enabled it for trade discounts. You should be able to logon with your existing Budget Builders Hardware email and password. Should this not work then please contact us here and we will ensure your account is setup.
